David Harvey -
Principal Lawyer, Migration Agent MARN: 0854768.

David graduated in Law and Arts from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand in 1996, and was admitted to legal practice in 1997. He was subsequently admitted to legal practice in Australia in 1999.

His areas of practice are immigration, employment, general commercial and criminal advocacy. David has represented clients in both Commonwealth and Victorian jurisdictions including the Federal Court, the Migration/Refugee and Administrative Review Tribunals, VCAT, as well as the Magistrates Court in Melbourne.

David interests are in International Law, Russian language and politics. Outside of work, David enjoys running, mountain-biking and car restoration.

Branka Cadjan -
Administrative Assistant.

Branka is in her final year of Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degree in Melbourne. Branka has a strong ability to manage efficiently, the daily tumult of administrative tasks which assail a busy legal practice. Once qualified, Branka hopes to practice in Family and Immigration Law.

Branka’s interests include reading and watching lots of TV shows in her spare time.

In 2014 Nicholas completed the Graduate Certificate of Migration Law and Practice at Victoria University, and is a registered migration agent.

Nicholas assists clients in all aspects of the application process. He possesses a solid grasp of migration procedure and has a passion for in-country research.

Nick is a dedicated advocate, and has the capacity to distil a clear sociological narrative from often blinding in-country conditions, as well as maintaining an excellent rapport with all his clients.

Nick has also completed the, "Professional International Education Resources - Education Agent Training Course" and is qualified to offer assistance, in a registered capacity, to clients regarding their study options within Australia.

Dragana

Dragana Borojevic is in her final semester of a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts double degree in Melbourne. Dragana has a strong interest in criminal law and hopes to practice in this area in the future. She has previously completed internships with the Victoria Police Prosecutions Unit and Victoria Legal Aid. Dragana offers invaluable administrative and research assistance to our busy team.

Dragana also enjoys crafts and watching stand-up comedy.
